Hello and welcome to Mission2Mum!

M2M is written by Gemma, Mum to one with a second due October 2016. I started blogging in 2011 when I fell pregnant with my son. I wanted to create a journal of life from pregnancy to birth and beyond because there were so many emotions and experiences I wanted to remember. But as I went on, and I started to encounter the surprises that pregnancy, labour, birth AND what happens after it brings, it became a place for other Mums in the same situation to come for support and advice. The stuff people don’t talk about as well as general experiences and real life as a Mama to my baby boy.

M2M is an open and honest place for all Mums to come and feel welcome. Think of it like your personal, online coffee morning/afternoon or evening when you get a few sneaky minutes during nap time! Here when you need it, whenever you need it.

I hope you enjoy it and I hope it will give you some reassurance during this, sometimes, seemingly lonely time. xx

  1. Hello Gemma (if I may!)

I love your website – and I thought it would be good to connect,

I also thought your readers may be interested in some tips from my book The Thrifty London Guide, or a little quiz compiled from snippets in the book.

I originally compiled the “The Thrifty London Guide” so I could send it to London hospitals, so families of youngsters who are in hospital would be able to find inexpensive places to visit in London on the days when there youngsters were not receiving treatment – and were able to go out. I soon realised that the information enclosed would be helpful to all Londoner’s and visitors to London in these difficult economic times.

Would love to hear your thoughts,

    Best Wishes
    Lynn Culver
